Please try to give your child prescribed antibiotics at home. A course which is three times a day can be managed easily. 

If your child is taking a course of medicine that has to be administered during the school day, then we require you to complete a consent form for the medicine to be given by a member of staff.  Medicine will not be administered without this express written consent. 

When requesting support from your child’s class teacher please ensure any medicines are clearly labelled with the child’s name and class.  Please remember antibiotics once opened should be stored in a fridge.
